I have been on a personal spiritual journey for 30 years. Spending time in India and later moved to Thailand in 2005, where I still live much of the year.
I qualified in Classical Massage in 2003 I also trained in India Head Massage, Acupressure Chair Massage, Reiki, Vortex Healing, Hypnotherapy and Rebirthing. I worked in Great Ormond St Hospital doing massage for many years. I also work at music festivals in the UK doing massage too. I specialise in Intuitive Deep Tissue work and Rebirthing Breathwork. I have now started teaching Deep Tissue Massage work too.
I first experienced the powerful transformational process of Rebirthing Breathwork in 2012 and did training with both Andrea Polyak and then the full facilitator training with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing. I started hosting Rebirthing Breathwork Groups in Koh Phangan in September 2014. In 2017 I starting hosting, in both Thailand and Europe, 6 Day Rebirthing Breathwork Retreats and 3 Day Tantric Breathwork workshops.
On 27th February to 11th March, I will be hosting a Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
